  15.      The _c_o_n_f_i_g_m_o_n _u_t_i_l_i_t_y _i_s _r_e_s_p_o_n_s_i_b_l_e _f_o_r _t_r_a_c_k_i_n_g _c_h_a_n_g_e_s _i_n _s_y_s_t_e_m
  16.      hardware and software configuration. It performs its duties automatically
  17.      during system start-up. _c_o_n_f_i_g_m_o_n _g_a_t_h_e_r_s _i_n_f_o_r_m_a_t_i_o_n about hardware and
  18.      software components installed in the system and compares the results to
  19.      configuration data stored in the Embedded Support Partner (ESP) database.
  20.      If it finds that any hardware or software components have been installed
  21.      or deinstalled, it updates the database and logs information about the
  22.      configuration change.

  24.      There are circumstances, where it may be desirable to run the
